This week, Microsoft Mechanics goes hands-on with the latest Dynamics CRM 2016 to highlight Office 365 integration for sellers, admins and developers. Eric Boocock from the Dynamics team demonstrates how CRM creates Office 365 Groups to improve collaboration while leveraging Azure Machine Learning and Cortana to report interactive insights.
Three months ago, we launched Skype for Business Cloud PBX, Meeting Broadcast and PSTN services to provide a complete meetings and voice experience in Office 365. Already, thousands of Office 365 customers are using these services, and many more are trialing them. Today, we’re announcing our first major geographic expansion of these services, new support for hybrid deployments and new, modern meeting room solutions.
February has been another busy month for releases across our Office clients on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. There are a number of exciting new capabilities in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, we released the first cumulative feature update since the initial September release of the Office 2016 apps—otherwise known as the “Deferred Channel” build—for our commercial customers.
