Presenter: Frank Brown is a Senior Support Escalation Engineer with the Office 365 Exchange Messaging group based in Charlotte, NC. For 14 years, Frank has been with Microsoft Customer Support Services on the Windows Platform team supporting Networking and Small Business Server, and for the past several years he has supported Exchange as part of the connectors and Office 365 teams.  Frank has over 27 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked as a network engineer, consultant and software trainer.
