How does a student get ready for the workforce using Office 365 and Yammer?

Research firm IDC analyzed over 14.6 million jobs listings to identify the top skills required for high-growth, high-wage positions. Based on this study, the two most important skills needed for these positions include oral and written communication skills and being detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office was ranked as #3 skill students require to be ready for the workforce.

With Office 365 for education, students can hone in on these skills while they are still in school. They can better communicate with teachers and students using the latest communication technology such as email, chat, and web conferencing. Yammer helps students find other students and experts working on similar projects to help them expand their ideas. They can confidently work with other students on group projects using Office and Office Web Apps without having to worry about losing changes to their group projects. And they can use Microsoft Office to finish their project deliverables before their final submissions.
