“Hi AprilHammons. This does not currently apply to OneDrive for Business.”
“Hi. This is for all regions and markets.”
“Hi, this feature is for the web UI of Outlook.com (free, personal email from Microsoft). I suspect you may be using an Outlook desktop app. Go to https://www.outlook.com to check this feature out. Thanks!”
“Hi azmi. This feature has been rolling out for the past week, which is why it may not have shown up every time in your inbox. We finished rolling out the feature today, so you should now be able to see it permanently, and in any browser.”
“Hi Ed_Ward. This feature has been rolling out for the past week, which is why it may not have shown up every time in your inbox. We finished rolling out the feature today, so you should now be able to see it permanently, and from within any browser.”
“Hi gerardpy. This feature has been rolling out for the past week, which is why it may not have shown up every time in your inbox. We finished rolling out the feature today, so you should be able to see it permanently, now.”
“Thanks for the feedback, ronaldt! I'll pass these suggestions on to the team.”
“Hey brinke. We strive to always make Outlook.com better by listening to and acting on customer feedback. In this case, we received feedback from customers that resulted in us removing the messaging shortcut from the bottom left, in order to keep your inbox and emails front and center of the Outlook.com experience.
The previous UI had similar functionality, but we've designed the new app launcher so that launching apps is now the same whether you’re using Office 365 at work, or attending to your personal life in Outlook.com.”
“Hi GFunk84. Similarly to what I said to Caleb (below), I’m afraid you can’t enable in-line reply manually. We are working through a few issues that we’re seeing affect some people who are using in-line reply. In the mean time, you won’t be able to use it.
Can you let me know which version of Office 365 you're planning on upgrading to? If it's a consumer SKU, then you should still be able to use Outlook.com.”
“Hi msa2come. Rest assured, we also read the comments across the internet. We always appreciate the honest feedback - so thank you.”
Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that OneDrive now supports up to 10 GB files. In a world of multiple devices, online ubiquity, and cloud storage, the security of your personal content—email, documents, and photos—is more important than ever. In addition to the behind-the-scenes work we do to keep your Outlook.com account secure, we’ve made a list of what we think are the top five things that you can do, to help keep your account as secure as possible.
There are life moments that call for an email address update. Maybe you’re hunting for a new job, and need a more professional email address. Perhaps you’re getting married, and want your address to reflect your new name. Or you’re attending an industry event or signing up for a new email newsletter, and you don’t want to distribute your personal email address.
