Expanding FastTrack to help Office 365 customers with end-user adoption

Microsoft FastTrack, the customer success service for Office 365, is designed to help you move to the cloud and realize business value faster. It has rapidly evolved over the past year from a one-time onboarding benefit for our largest customers to an ongoing customer benefit available for free to customers with 50 seats or more of eligible Office 365 plans. FastTrack lets you discover what’s possible with Office 365, plan for successful rollouts and enable new users and capabilities at your own pace.

FastTrack has already helped thousands of organizations—of various sizes and complexity—move to the cloud and accelerate time to value. In all cases, successful rollouts are about more than making a new technology available to your users—it’s about helping your organization achieve business goals.

Adding user adoption services to help you get on the right track

Today, we are announcing the addition of user adoption services to the evolving array of FastTrack services, providing comprehensive guidance, content and best practices for a successful Office 365 rollout to all customers that use FastTrack . These resources include guidance on how to generate awareness, gain executive buy-in and implement end-user training. This is in addition to the technical guidance, onboarding and migration services already provided through FastTrack.

We are also introducing end-user awareness kits and end-user training for some of the most fundamental usage scenarios, to help you launch Office 365 and begin readying your employees. Demonstrating how Office 365 is relevant in the context of your business, roles and functions will help people in your organization to understand how to achieve more with Office 365. You can also now browse through new industry-based and role-based scenarios to identify new ways of supporting your business stakeholders with Office 365.

We will help you get started, and if you need further assistance, we’ll connect you with our qualified cloud partners to help you do more user adoption activities. We even have an Office 365 Adoption Offer that provides funding* to Office 365 customers for eligible user adoption engagements with partners.

Mott MacDonald and Richland Police Department leverage FastTrack to drive value faster

FastTrack is helping thousands of customers, large and small, embrace the cloud. The Mott MacDonald Group and the Richland Police Department are among the customers who have used FastTrack to help with their Office 365 adoption. On the surface, these two organizations might appear to have little in common.

  • Mott MacDonald is a global management, engineering and development consulting firm with 16,000 employees and 180 local offices in 150 countries worldwide.
  • The Richland Police Department has 75 law enforcement professionals, all of whom are dedicated to protecting and serving the southeastern Washington community.

Nevertheless, the two organizations have both benefited from the support of Microsoft FastTrack.

  1. Still there is a problem, if I added a customer by mistake, or have a spelling mistake on the customer’s name, I still don’t have the ability to remove it and add it again with the correct name.
