Presenters

Nagesh Mahadev started at Microsoft about 14 years ago on the Exchange Messaging team and worked with some of Microsoft’s largest premier customers to resolve mission critical and highly complex issues that involve their messaging infrastructures. Focused on cloud technologies for a few years, Nagesh authored several guided walk-through’s and blogs.  

Jon Bradley started at Microsoft as a contractor in late 1999 on the PPS Exchange 24×7 team and became a full-time employee or “Blue Badge” in April of 2000. Eventually, Jon moved to Exchange Admin and has played several roles at Microsoft—from support engineer to technical lead of the Exchange Admin, beta engineer for Exchange 2010 and technical advisor, which is his current role.
