If you’re teaching math, the Math Worksheet Generator from the Microsoft Education Labs is worth a look. You provide a sample problem, and then the tool goes to work. The Math Worksheet Generator analyzes the problem, creates a worksheet in Word 2007 with multiple problems based on that sample, and provides you with an answer sheet.
You can combine this with education templates and other tools that Jon Perera announced earlier this week—new Office add-ins for teachers, including the Mathematics Add-in and the new teacher guides for using Office Web Apps in the classroom.
Saving time is the best calculation.
