OneNote to rule them all

As a passionate, tech-savvy and always-looking-for-best-solution math teacher, I am always searching the Internet for programs and apps to help me get the most out of my teaching profession. There are bad ones that I use one time for a five-minute test-flight, there are great ones that I use regularly, because they help me. And there is OneNote, the one tool that I literally can’t teach without!

Our journey with OneNote

As our teachers and students explored OneNote, they found an integral tool that takes the ease of pencil and paper and combines it with built-in organization, automatic back-ups, audio /video recording capabilities, word processing, spreadsheet functions, graphing tools and the ability to change the size of the digital paper. Let’s not forget a student favorite—color ink customization for differentiated learning techniques!

OneNote for teachers—training, lesson plans and new languages for Class Notebook Creator

As developers of OneNote and the OneNote Class Notebook Creator, we realize that creating exciting products is only the first step towards to making a difference in education. The next steps are to actively train educators on how they can use OneNote in ways that are immediately relevant to their daily school lives and give them the content that serves as a basis for further curriculum generation.
