People don&amp;#39;t look at the hidden &amp;quot;costs&amp;quot; of free until something doesn&amp;#39;t work quite right.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Providing even simple templates help us IT Admins in making a case but great ones like these make it easier. Please keep up the good work.&lt;/p&gt;
