Hi Tony - I'm not getting that error message when I try to download them. Can you please give more specific information? What browser are you using? If IE 8, are you in compatibility mode? What operating system are you using? And which version of Office? Finally, exactly what does the error message say?
The more detailed information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to investigate.

Thanks for the quick response. I am using Explorer 7 on windows XP professional. It is my work lap top which is locked down. We have just been upgraded to Office 2007 which is great. When I click on the template download button I get a new screen with a box and the error message "The template you are trying to access was not found". I will try again at home on my own lap top as you are not getting this problem. Have a good weekend. Regards...Tony.

By "locked down" - do you mean you don't have access to the templates on Office.com? These templates are not in the Office program itself, but are located on our web site only. If your admin has blocked access to the office.com web site, this might be the source of the problem.

Tony - did you see if the template actually downloaded and opened in Word, even though you got the "page not available" error message?
Please try again and double check to see if the template downloaded despite the error message and let me know, when you get a chance.
