Have you ever sat through a presentation in which the speaker basically read exactly what they had on the slides they were projecting? Did you fall asleep or start doodling? That's what I do when someone fails to hold my interest, which is why I appreciate my clever co-workers, most of whom know how to make a great presentation.
Often, they start with a template they can download from our site. But they don't stop there. The best presenters personalize the template, often infusing it with images that surprise and delight their listeners. Somehow, using humor, even for serious topics, helps people remember your point. Listing your talking points does not help people remember.
The speakers I enjoy most tend to spend most of their preparation time thinking about what they will say, and creating a presentation that serves only to visually emphasize a point.
So, next time you have to give a presentation, think about your audience and do them a favor. Make it visually powerful. They will thank you for it.

Great Presentation. I loved it and noticed the hook to Aspire does not work.
