Now I have something to show my friends who consistently try to move me to Open Office. It is nice to see MS providing added benefit for those customers who continue to be patrons of their products and ambassadors in this society of open source and "free" products. People don't look at the hidden "costs" of free until something doesn't work quite right.
Providing even simple templates help us IT Admins in making a case but great ones like these make it easier. Please keep up the good work.
