For Office 365, you can't change the site collection that project sites are provisioned into (which is the PWA site collection). If you install SharePoint and Project Server yourself, you can change that through Central Admin.

Alternatively, if you create the project site first (in any site collection), you can then connect it through the Connected SharePoint Sites page.

Am I correct that all project sites need to be created under the PWA site collection? Is there a way to add project sites from another site collection? This could be some kind of a scalability issue when everything resides under this one site collection.

Heather, great job!

I can hardly wait to try the new reporting features. The built-in dashboard looks to be a lifesaver.

I'm curious to see how the site-specific solution differs from the cloud solution, as most of the info on the blog is regarding the cloud solution. Any ideas on where I should look?
