I think the short answer is that our engineers are brilliant -- when you sync your project plan back up to the cloud, Project will look for any differences between the two versions and usually be able to merge them together. But if there are any conflicts, you get a dialogue warning that task xyz has been changed and it&amp;#39;ll ask you which version of the task you want to keep.&lt;/p&gt;
