How can I select more than one cell at a time in the Excel web app on an iPad? At the moment the touch interface seems pretty limited, as it either selects the cell and brings up the keyboard as though I want to enter a value, or just pans around the spreadsheet. I want to be able to drag my finger/fingers across a bunch of cells and select them all. Please help?

I have assignments I must do for a computer class im taking...but thing is in class we are working with powerpoint microsoft office 2010,,,and my netbook doesnt allow me to open the powerpoint files. that is why i decided to try windows live. HELP??????
