Ribbon Hero 2 does not work well at all, On "Canterburied Tale" I was supposed to "Apply the Title style to 'THE CANTERBURY TALES'", and I did, but it did not give me credit for it. I highlighted that title, then on the Home ribbon, I clicked the bottom right corner of the Styles box (an arrow that points down and right), and selected Title. That made the required change with a minimum number of clicks, but it did not give me credit. Apparently it requires that you drop down the Styles illustrations and click on the Title illustration instead. It is really stupid that it requires that one particular sequence be used without any valid reason for using one equally valid method over another. The two methods even require exactly the same number of clicks!

If only one method of accomplishing the task will be accepted the rules should provide guidence on how to choose which methods are acceptable, and which are not, without losing points for getting hints!

I tried to install RH2 on a Windows XP (32-bit) with Office 2007 (32-bit), but I got the following message:

--------------------

UNSUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEM

The installer has detected an unsupported operating system on this computer and cannot proceed. To use Ribbon Hero 2, you need Windows Vista (or later). Please exit Ribbon Hero 2 setup and install a version that is compatible with your operating system.

--------------------

This is despite the fact that both of these versions are listed in the Requirements on the RH2 project page (www.officelabs.com/.../default.aspx).

Can you tell me if the problem is with the RH2 installer or with the information (Requirements) listed on the project page?

And just wondering, can you figure out what the last sentence of the above message means ("install a version that is compatible with your OS")? A version of what?

Hoping to get some clarification,
