bsekula: You probably can get Office 2010 pre-installed from where you buy the device for a cost. Otherwise, you can download the free trial and then buy. office.microsoft.com/.../try-office-2010-FX101868838.aspx

Hi Doug, thanks for your reply; I appreciate it (there were times Microsoft wasn't that responsive..).

You are right: I cannot view video's within my RSS-reader. But: the feed is getting messy because of the 'content-cut': only half of the video code is added to the description field. Therefore I get text like this: "<div><img alt="DCSIMG" id="DCSIMG" width="1" height="1" src="m.webtrends.com/.../njs.gif mce_src="m.webtrends.com/.../njs.gif ".

I'm sorry, but I don't want to scroll down all of these coding-lines to read your blog posts in RSS.

Maybe a stupid question, but: it was working, why did you've changed it after all ? And why does Microsoft use different RSS-settings for each blog ? Doesn't sound logic to me.

Providing full feeds won’t allow people to watch embedded video from within their RSS reader. RSS doesn’t support embedded video. This is true for all blogs, not just ours. In the RSS feed I monitor from my blog, I do see a link to the complete article. Are you no seeing the "read more" or "view article" links at the bottom of the RSS? How are you reading the RSS (IE, FireFox, email program)?

What kind of bugs are you speaking of? We want to know.

Hi, because of your RSS-settings, I cannot watch the video. Please put the full article in your RSS feeds and add a reference-link in the bottom of your articles. Because of the current settings (the limited descriptions), your feeds are full of bugs. Funny enough the MSDN blogs do have the right settings; only the Office-blogs are erroneous.

Hope you can fix it, otherwise I'll not follow your blogs anymore. Please listen to your customers...
