Hotmail accounts and RSS feeds in Outlook: An Out of Office Casual special (video)

For the recent Office Show on Outlook, I showed off how adding personal email accounts (Hotmail, GMail, etc.) is a snap and how to read RSS feeds in Outlook (and create a daily digest). Watch this segment and if you want more information, read below.

With the Microsoft Hotmail Connector, you can add a Hotmail or Gmail account to Outlook 2010 or an earlier version of Outlook. Just need the free download? It’s available at the Microsoft Download Center.

For RSS feeds, here’s an introduction to what they are and  here’s how to add them in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007. Plus read the Crabby Office Lady’s no-bull advice on all things RSS. Need more? We have a full step-by-step training course on RSS and Outlook at Office.com.
