Where are the videos?

I double-checked and I do have the latest version of Silverlight. It does look like a version issue on the site side.
Kimm--thanks for getting back to us. This is interesting. Can you tell me what kind of operating system you have (Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS X, Linux, etc.) and what browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc)? Just want to see what the techies say.
