Here's a challenge: can I make a business card in 90 seconds? Learn a thing or two about to work with the free templates at Office.com.
Now, I don't know if you would want to make business card in 90 seconds, but I'm thinking if I can do it this quickly, and you take, I don't know, 10 minutes and create your own card, you still have saved time and money. True, I picked a pretty simple card, there are more colorful and rich cards.

WHAT A WASTE OIF TIME!!!!!!
Where are the written instructions? That's all I wanted to know. If making stupid videos is what is making software so expensive, stopNOW!!
Shirley: Sorry to disappoint, the Office Casual videos are not meant to be step-by-step directions. The links to the written directions are in the blog post and here: office.microsoft.com/.../HA011912461033.aspx. --Doug

Very nice, thanks! Forget some of the other comments..lol
Just take me to the written instructions and drop the assine video!!!!! You guys at Microsoft are becoming a royal pain - try doing what Google does - cause no harm and keep it simple.
i want text instructions for Word 2007 that allow me to insert graphics into my business cards. Word Perfect (circa 1999) allowed this! Do I really have to load that dinosaur onto my computer to be able to print more business cards? I don't need Word for Dummies Videos because I can read, write and speak english on the Graduate Level...I'll even accept 8th grade vocabulary in the text if you want to make it cadet-proof.
Gretchen: Here's an article that may fit your needs. Definitely beyond 8th grade reading level. Also check the top of the page for the links to more articles on the subject:

The link to you "how to make your own business cards" is broken. That makes it hard to use!
Roger:
Hmm, I tired a few times and it opened for me. Nevertheless, cut and paste this full URL:

I agree with Shirley! When I ask for 'help', I expect directions on how to do something and not be forced to watch a video of some sales pitch!
i need business card
I am trying to set up a single entry business card at ten per page, inserting a symbol. Getting a template of a full page is not working for me. I had better success with Office 2007 than with Office 2010.
