I've tried every recommendation in here and it still doesn't work with Facebook (Windows XP SP2 w/Office 2007). Oh well, Xobni looks like a better product anyway.

Problem: Add-in unavailable after i moved my documents

Hey MS Office folks!

Great add-in! and i have been using it since a long time. However, recently, i moved the My Documents folder to another drive and the connector has failed working since then. I have

1. uninstalled the connector and installed them again. Dint work

2. Checked for the add-ins in outlook. I don't see the connector there.

can you guys pls help?

hi there,

i'm using only facebook connector with my outlook 2010

but i have a weird problem now,

i can reach anyone's facebook information in the outlook people pane (bottom of the page)

but when outlook connector download a facebook profile picture for someone, it doesn't add the picture to outlook contact card. it can only shown in people pane :\

The fix is actually that you don't have the Facebook SSL certificates installed on your computer correctly.

Even after using correct login and password for facebook, it does not connect. Shows err msg 'Invalid username and password' . Using MS office 2007 SP2 and Windows XP SP3

I installed the Facebook connector into my Outlook 2007 version and I am getting nothing. Not one single connection. I know that I am using the correct password. How do I resolve this problem?

When I try to configure the Facebook 64bit connector, I get the error message: "Invalid user name or password". The same username and password works fine on Facebook's website. Frustrating.
