Where can you get the Office 2010 Professional Link to redownload the copy if you won...do you have a digital river link?

I was not in any contest. I attended the MS dynamics event in LA. MS promised people attend the event get a copy Office 2010 standard and business edition

Should I trust Microsoft Contest? I was promised to get an Office 2010 Standard and Business edition after the Office 2010 released. After many month, I receive nothing. Some one lucky receive 1 key. But I got nothing. I called the event registration phone number 1-877-673-8368 and they read me a quote and they claimed nothing out they can do. I end up being a loser by trust MS. Should you?

According to the Office Outreach Team, the Office 2010 Professional prize I will eventually receive matches the description of the $349 PKC version. However the rules (above) clearly state the value of the prize is $499 - that of the "Full Packaged Product" in the Office 2010 Pricing Guide ( blogs.technet.com/.../what-the-office-team-will-be-talking-about-at-ces.aspx ) - and that "if for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, [Microsoft] reserve[s] the right to substitute a prize of <b>equal or greater</b> value."

Please remedy this. Thanks!
