Many of them have outlook express, and I have Microsoft Outlook, and have since updated to Microsoft 2003. These attachments are basic, word document, excel document, or basic jpeg. If they do come thru the other person cannot open it, or it comes thru as a data file. What should I do? I have had this problem before</p>
