Great idea guys!
WOW! What a great learning experience! This is well worth your time to watch. I'm a professional freelance trainer who wanted to learn more about customizing the Quick Access Toolbar so I can help customers with it. Plus, I want to become certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). I gained more information about the Quick Access Toolbar from this recorded webinar than I did by going through two Microsoft Office 2010 training guides, including one that is suppose to prepare you for Microsoft Office Specialist certification test! No, they really didn't pay me to say all this. :) The training merits the praise. Watch it to learn LOTS quickly.
Doug makes the 15 minutes like having a cup of coffee with an old friend, listening to their lastest find! Love it....I'm hooked
