So far, we've looked at four stories about how Microsoft Office 365 could help a small business--all kinds of businesses, from disaster response and vegan products to women's swimwear and yoga for kids.

Small business owners don't necessarily have an office space to go to everyday. That means, we either have to take a laptop, smartphone, or flash drive along just about everywhere. Office365 makes it easier on the the small business owner's life. A few months ago, I had to give a presentation about 120 miles from my home. I spent 3 days preparing for the presentation, then downloaded it on my flash drive to keep it safe (or so I thought). When I arrived at my destination, and completed my set up, I realized that my flash drive was missing. I forgot the flash drive at home in my computer...Panic? Yes! Well, I had to think a bit and realized that I had set up an office cloud account and may have saved some work to it. Lo and behold, I did in fact save the document in the cloud and was able to access it. I was able to breathe easier because I only had to make some on site minor tweaks and was able to make my presentation seamlessly. With Office 365, I was able to give the audience a bonus sneak peak (just what knew) of cloud computing. As a small business, I looked like a Big Business providing added value to my audience.
