Before leaving for a recent trip, I sent a tweet out to our internal social network, as follows: "Do you have a favorite Office shortcut key combo? I'm a fan of SHIFT+F3." The replies came out of the woodwork, and reminded me what a great efficiency the shortcuts in Word are for a writer. When you want to keep the ideas flowing, you don't want to take your hands off the keyboard. Here are three of my favorite shortcuts when I'm writing in Word.
