Every Office user of every Office application needs to print at some point. Naturally this shows in the searches on Office.com where "print" is one of the top queries. For easy reference here are some of the top resources for help with printing on Office.com.
But first, a note of caution; many of the issues with print have to do with the printer and not the program. For example, if the alignment is off or your printer has a non-printing margin that doesn't match your document or worksheet margins, you might have to consult your printer documentation. Your printer manufacturer's Web site is likely to have online help, as will your printer's documentation, so check them out.

Excel 2010 Print Gridlines Bug?
When I open a new Excel 2010 xlsm document and set gridlines to print, they do.
With an Excel document originally created in xls format, whether currently in xls or xlsm, gridlines display in print preview but do not print.
If I copy/paste the old document to a new document, gridlines do not print. If I copy/paste values gridlines print. If I then copy/paste to the same sheet below the past values, gridlines print.
I have the latest HP driver. I am not having any other print problems. Word table gridlines print.
