Shortly after the release of Microsoft Office 2010, three of my co-workers and I published a set of free training guides to help customers who were upgrading from earlier versions of Office learn the new ribbon interface and features in Access 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010, OneNote 2010, Outlook 2010, and Word 2010.
While these guides are particularly suitable for anyone upgrading from Office 2003 programs, most of the information is just as relevant for users switching from other previous versions. Each guide has 7-8 pages in total. You can zoom in on any page to get a closer look at any of the screenshots, or you can search for feature names and keywords to quickly find what you're looking for.
The original guides were such a hit with our English-speaking audiences that we approached our international group about translating the guides into other languages that Microsoft Office 2010 supports.
We've just received confirmation that the translated guides are now available in 36 additional Office languages. If you have colleagues, friends, or family members who work in different corners of the Earth and who might benefit from a little help with making the switch to Office 2010, please share this blog post with them (or any of the appropriate links below).
Download the English guides, or click below for any of the 36 international versions:
Our sincere thanks to the Office Localization team for making this happen.
As always, we welcome your feedback. Please post a comment below if you find the guides to be useful.
