Over classic burgers and beer this weekend, I had a chance to chat with my tech enthusiast friends about their newest slate gadgets, web-based tools, and innumerable mobile apps. I walked away with a better understanding of how passionate, albeit fickle, they are about the technology they use. But I also found that many of them either don't use Microsoft software, or they use it but take it for granted.
This got me thinking about people who are passionate about Microsoft Office, specifically those who've been using Office 2010 for about a year. You might have seen some references to our Real Life Stories program in past posts. It's these folks who, like my friends, are super-enthused about the technologies and software they use to get things done.
So this month we're going to shift gears a bit at Did You Know and share direct quotes from the people who participated in the Real Life Stories program. For the next 24 days, Did You Know will showcase customers in their own words, highlighting inventive ways they're using Office 2010 to make and share great content with their friends, colleagues, and clients.
As you dive into the Office 2010 suite, we hope you'll share your favorite new features and functionality with us!
PS: Also keep an eye on DYK for facts, stats, and insights about the changing landscape of technology.
MICROSOFT software SITE IS USELESS - IT REJECTS ALL CARDS if you have a UK card and live in Italy - all other sites accept these cards so watch out as Microsoft,, as usual, fails again !!! Fed up - yes you bet ! I wanted to buy Office 10 and 3 versions of outlook and i cant - absolutely fed up and angry .....all the money we pay to MS and yet they fail....
I have been using 2010 beta since it was offered and I have used it more than my version on my computer...I really enjoyed working with the office 2010 beta. As soon as I can afford it, I will definitely purchase the home 7 office 2010 and Publisher 2010. thank you for letting me use 2010 beta.
