In our ongoing saga of the Seattle Opera and SharePoint, we turn to a variation of the old Zen conundrum: What if you install a new system and nobody uses it? As with anything, it's possible to revert to old habits and just recreate the same old work-arounds. Which is not good. The Opera folks have a vision for a better way, and they know the key to that is the right training resources for their users. That's where we stepped in.
