I learned Tuesday that our Crabby Office Lady--created and penned by Annik Stahl--reached a big milestone in January when more than 1 million people visited her columns on Office.com. One MILLION.

The secret of her success?  Crabby consistently serves up Office how-to's the way a New York deli serves pastrami on rye:  meat + bread + attitude, with a dill for pucker.
