  • what happened to the rest of it?

  • Why do I have to install Silverlight just to watch a video?

  • I don't know anyone that installs silverlight. The standard is Flash. Use it.

  • So how do I view the video ?

Initially all I got was a black window with the word Microsoft in the corner. When I accidently moved my mouse across the window I got a 'play' button, but pressing it does nothing. (Vista SP2 with IE 8).

  • Dear Helpme:

Looks like there was a glitch over the weekend. Videos up and ready now. --Doug

  • Initially all I got was a black window with the word Microsoft in the corner. When I moved my mouse across the window I got a 'play' button, but pressing it does nothing. Previous post said the video was fixed but I'm not getting anything. I do have Silverlight installed already, XP SP3 with IE 7)

  • Wendy: I think I found the error. Care to give it another shot? ALso you can find all the Office Casual videos here: www.bit.ly/office_casual

  • If you don't know anyone who uses Silverlight, I guess that means don't know anyone who watches video online from Netflix.

  • I still haven't been able to view this video. I followed the link you gave Wendy and it gave the same thing (black screen with the word Microsoft in the corner). Is there any way to download the video files and watch offline as it may be a proxy server is interfering, but without any error messages it's difficult to tell.

  • Helpme: Sorry about that, I think you made need to download Silverlight again. You can view this video at YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch
