  • I can't upgrade to 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 2 but I have no idea why. It shows up as an available update from my Auto Update Windows icon at the toolbar when I turn my PC on but it fails to load after selection--coming back with something to the effect that "unable to load some of the selected files" but specifically noting that the 2007 Office SP2 was the file that couldn't be loaded when it was the only file selected for loading. I'm based on Windows XP Home edition 2002 with SP3.I use Foxfire as my email and browser. I can also download the Office SP2 upgrade from the Web--but it still won't install. any ideas?
