Office at Work is a site I imagine I would use in my previous job: working on a computer in a big corporation. I was always looking for hints and informal training for the programs I used, sometimes by force (thanks, Access). This week's refresh includes:
Now that I manage a page like this, I'm, to quote Larry King, "I'm insatiably curious" to know what you would want to see on Office at Work or our other audience pages (Office at Home, Office at School, Office at a Small Business). --Doug

The new ribbon takes up a lot of screen space, especially for us with older eyes. I'd live to create a keyboard command to maximize/minimize the ribbon, but haven't been able to find it in the list of commands.

Dione: Press CTRL+F1 minimize/maximize the Ribbon. See some other hints here (it's Excel article, but has some cool ribbon things): office.microsoft.com/.../HA102487791033.aspx

On the opening page of Office at Work, there is an article titled, Retool your stationary. The word should be spelled, stationery. This typo is not of great significance; however, as I am a proof-reader, it did strike my attention:)
al dom: got it, thanks.
I need help from anyone who can give me some. In July I got a new laptop with Windows Vista. I used to have an HP XP, now this and I hate it. My word files that I transferred over are empty. I guess the "trial" period is over and you have to purchase the product. I downloaded an old MS Office that I had, but even my pictures that were in a different program came up strange on this. They have like a jagged line through them. I don't know if this is something else they want you to buy or what. Anyone who can tell me what is going on, I would greatly appreciate it.
