How many times have you clicked on our "was this information helpful?" link at the bottom of an article and given us feedback? Did you think it just went off into the ethers and no one would ever see it? Well, that's actually not the case. Real people here in our office download those comments all the time and read through them. (Did you send a nasty note? Yup, we saw it.).
We actually give your feedback very serious consideration. I routinely download feedback on the sections I handle and make adjustments to the content based on what customers request. I know that the rest of our team does too. We love hearing from you (unless of course you submit a comment like this one: "e dmdmcf jmgmkg ngh gnt bgthbv d r fe hg hnf gmt fjt ghg" which really isn't all that helpful.)
So, the next time you send us feedback on a particular page, know that someone out there is listening. It might be me.

Since installing Office Home and Student 2007 my spell checker in Outlook Express is in French and cannot be altered. The spell checker works perfectly in Word.
I am running Windows XP Home edition.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

how come my attachments are not coming thru to people who I send items too? Many of them have outlook express, and I have Microsoft Outlook, and have since updated to Microsoft 2003. These attachments are basic, word document, excel document, or basic jpeg. If they do come thru the other person cannot open it, or it comes thru as a data file. What should I do? I have had this problem before
