Our greatest hits of 2006

Each year we take a tally of what you liked most on Office Online. We just finished the 2006 version. Not too surprisingly, little has changed since 2005. A heart was the most popular piece of clip art; a service pack dominated the download world; fax cover sheets were the top template. Demand for help articles for each Office program was about the same: Word users wanted to create resumes; Publisher users wanted mail merge help; Outlook users wanted to know how to create a signature.

It will be interesting to see how things change with the launch of the new Office. Will mail merge be easier to accomplish with a new UI? Will working with connection points be easier in Visio? Stay tuned. We'll have those answers next December.
