One feature I'd like to see added to Outlook is a simple easy reciept input and tracking feature. I'd like to just enter and track reciept by my calendar & catagory. Simply what I spent, the catagory it fell under and when. Nothing too fancy and sophisticated, just $$$ tracking by my calendar. It would be nice to just glance at my calendar and see from a bird's eye view what & when I'm spending and see the patterns from a calendar view. Bring some of the old MS Money team in and incorporate some of the easier functionality into Outlook. Who knows... maybe over the arc of time and Outlook versions it just may over take Quicken due to the naturally intuitive nature of calendars and budgets and actual expenditure patterns. If Outlook simply swallowed MS Money into its functionality... and grew from there, wow. I recently discovered OneNote and how GREAT that program is. Combining Outlook, MS Money, and OneNote in my book... is The Killer App. Food for thought Team Outlook. ;-)

How fitting.. You guys changed quite a lot on your blogs as well i see. Either I overlooked the obvious so far or you (finally?) added the option which links my MSN / Live ID to the blogs section. I like it, its much more 'Microsoft like' and well, fits this video.

I was expecting a video which was a bit over the top so to speak, but so far the video isn't that extreme at all. Sure; a future vision as you say, but some of that I too would see to become possible in the maybe not too far ahead future.

I liked the video, but in the end it got a little bit boring to me, for my liking it tries to stretch the subject a little too much. But in general its certainly somethign I too would see to be possible someday.

I can't access the video in Kurt DeBene's blog (and can't comment there). Might there be a typo in his link? Or is the video unavailable for readers outside the U.S. (I'm in Germany)?
