Both Office 2007 and Office 2010 are supported. </p> <p>I checked the Chem4Word Issue Tracker site to see if anyone else had reported a similar issue with the tab not appearing on the Word ribbon. If they don&#39;t work, I suggest you visit the Issue Tracker site and click Create a New Item. After submitting a new issue, someone from the Chem4Word support team can help you troubleshoot your specific issue. </p> <p>Instructions for activating the add-in (copied from Issue Tracker discussion):</p> <p>1. To activate the Chemistry Add-in for Word, open Add-Ins task pane (File-&gt;Options-&gt;Add-Ins). </p> <p>2. Then select the Chemistry Add-in for Word and click the “Go” button to activate the Add-in. </p> <p>3. If the Add-In still not activated, uninstall (uninstallation process) the Add-in and reinstall it.
