Emperor GroupEmperor Group, a global conglomerate with several offices around the world, recently chose Microsoft Office 365 for the quality of its cloud communication and collaboration solutions.

The company spent a month rigorously evaluating Office 365 and Google Apps solutions for functionality, connectivity, and speed - and found the complete suite of applications in Office 365 met its stringent business and technology requirements.

Emperor Group then selected 300 employees in its watch and jewelry business unit to pilot Microsoft Exchange Online, the email application in Office 365. Exchange Online gives the company's employees access to email anytime and anywhere - on almost any device, which helps them easily collaborate with colleagues across borders.

The pilot was a big success. The company noticed significant technology savings, better email capacity and reliability, and more efficient communication and collaboration among employees within the first few months of deployment.

There's more in store, too, for Office 365 at the company. Emperor Group now plans to extend the collaboration and mobile applications, and to eventually roll out the complete suite more broadly.

The company's customers expect highest quality of jewelry and watches, and Office 365 brings every solution available to its employees to help them develop a lasting, brilliant relationship with luxury connoisseurs across the world.

More information about Emperor Group's deployment of Office 365 is available at the Microsoft customer case study and Microsoft Customer Spotlight News Center.
