&lt;p&gt;For almost any kind of correspondence you can find an online template so that you can get a good example as to what is commonly used.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still, one resume related comment.. &amp;nbsp;Although some of the online templates are very good one should never forget that applying your own specific additions and thus going outside the boundaries of &amp;quot;commonly used formatting&amp;quot; can sometimes give you that little edge to stand out from the rest and thus get noticed.&lt;/p&gt;
