I've followed the directions on this video and still cannot print a single envelope. My printer (Dell 1100) receives a message to print something, then takes the envelope and it's blank. I did not have this problem with my old Microsoft Word. Not sure why I am with Office Home and Student 2010.
I want to print multiple envelopes with the same address. Can do????
I'd like my return address to be in bold. Since there's not a formatting option on the envelope page, in my older version of word, I would cut and paste a bolded version of my address into the return address field. In my 2010 Word, the bolding doesn't paste in (although it does for the address I'm sending the envelope to. How do I get my return address to appear in bold?
I am from a large company and want to add a name at the top of our letterhead envelope return address so that it is returned to the correct person. I chose the correct size envelope, adjusted the "from left margin" and "from top" and added the name so it would be properly placed within our printed return address. Added name will not print.
if i have a document / letter open and i hit the "envelope" tab to produce an envelope for that letter, it does give me envelope and print options but there is no place to plug in the address. I do however find that address box only if i have a blank document first.
I am using Word 2010 with WIN XP and a Cannon MP600 printer. My question concerns trying to put an 8 line delivery address on an envelope. I cannot get Word to print more than 7 lines. Therefore I always have the 8th line missing. Everything else works fine but just cannot get it to do this. Any ideas please? I'm using a 22.9cm x 16.9cm envelope by the way. Many thanks for any help you can give.
We recently installed Office 2010. How do you change the default font for the return address? We use Arial for all of our correspondence. Every time I print an envelope I have to change the font on the return address. I click options on the envelope window, I select font, I change the font, on the "Set As Default" button, I click on "yes" - I want it to change the default for the normal template, print the envelope and save changes, but the next time I try to print an envelope (even for the same client file or from the same Word document I used before) I have to go through all 6 steps to print an envelope with the return address font matching the send to address. It is maddening since I do this many, many times each day. Help!
Once you have your return address in the 2010 envelope layout, highlight the return address; right click on it; select font and you can set your font to bold.
