We work a lot on Help articles and videos that show you the how-to, the nuts and bolts--but then there's the What if…What are the possibilities? What are the big ideas, the great ideas? That's why I like this video: It moves beyond productivity, into inspiration. (Really? Can Word inspire you?)Word is a tool, and this video makes me want to use Word to do something new, to think more expansively about what I could create and how I could make it wonderful.Plus, as a poet, I appreciate that it features a man's poems. It features Word and OneNote and poems. It isn't about a corporate project--it's about a family mission.Knowing how to do things is still important--especially if you want to get things done. But finding that inspiration can be tough, especially on a deadline. You can get a good idea of what we've added to Word by reading through What's new in Word 2010--including the text and image effects. Now, what can you do with it? What inspires you? How do you make it great?

I am disappointed how the Printing on the Word 2010 Document works. The old Word 2000, I thought was more efficient because it was more Keyboard friendly, Ctrl + P, 22(number of copies[1 is default]), Alt + E(for current page) goes it print. Whereas Word 2010 you cane Ctrl + P, Use the mouse to change number of copies, Drag the mouse to change current page. Unbelievable, it's time consuming.
Printing the Fax is worst. There is no number of copies, no current page either, therefore it will print the whole pages. If the page is black, it will waste my ink in no time. Please help!!!!
Microsoft Outlook 2010. I bought this application along with Office 2010, until now I can't setup my email. I already had 4 Technical Support from my ISP gave me the same settings, still not working. When it tested, the incoming mail was complete but Test Send(the second test) failed. End up frustrated. Please help!!!!
Dear Dante,
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I was hoping to find a better answer.
As far as keyboard shortcuts for printing, you can use CTRL+P and then press TAB to get to the number of copies. From there, you need to use keytips (ALT+P to see the keytips, ALT+A and then the DOWN ARROW key to get to Current Page, then ALT+P,P to print). It isn't as direct as ALT+E, but you can avoid using the mouse.
As for Printing with Fax, I'm seeing Current Page and Custom Range, but that might depend on how Word interacts with the fax software.
For email issues, I found the following resources: a group of articles at http://officecms/sites/preview/en-us/outlook-help/CH010371342.aspx and also the support solution center for Outlook 2010 at support.microsoft.com/.../14864. However, if you're trying to access mail that you have through a Hotmail or MSN account, you need to install Outlook Hotmail Connector, which is a free download. You can read more information about it here: office.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-office-outlook-hotmail-connector-overview-HA010222518.aspx.
Hope this helps.
