As many of you know, Publisher makes quick work of creating personalized calendars. In this post I show how to make a new calendar or update an old one in Publisher

re: Personalize a calendar for New Year in Publisher

Not sure where to ask this question, but I have created a library program calendar using MS Publisher and the calendar style with the art to the left. On the left, where the art would go, I insert a text box. I type color coded detailed information, in this text box, to correspond to the events listed on the dates on the calendar. The problem I have am having is, when I save this file as a pdf file, it changes all of my colored font to black font. I would like to know why, and if there is a way to prevent this from happening?

I just tested this and if you change the year to 2012 and then create the calendar publication your February will have 29 days.

For instance the first of the installed calendar templates, called Accent Box, by default only creates a calendar for the current month. You can set it to create any number of months when you first select the template, or by choosing Change Template in the left-had Format Publication pane, by clicking Set Calendar Dates in the Options section of the right-hand template configuration pane.

If you want to create a calendar for 2011 I suggest that you simply choose one of the Office.com 2011 calendar templates.

Thanks for writing.

I have followed all instructions carefully but still only a first page. In earlier version of Publisher on husbands computer all the pages of the calendar have little tabs at the bottom of the page. In the new version - my new version is 2007 - no matter what I do only the first page of the calendar is created. Help!!!!
