Introducing the Publisher Blog

Hi, and welcome to the new Publisher blog here on Office.com. On this blog we'll deliver:

  • Tips and tricks for getting the most out of Microsoft Publisher, like using the new font typography features in Publisher 2010 or creating/updating calendars.
  • The thinking behind some of the development team's decisions, such as the decision to disable some of the Web publishing features.
  • Rapid responses on issues and scenarios that you bring to our attention.
  • The best Publisher-related writing from around the Web.
  • And more as it occurs to us, and as you request it...

We'll start off concentrating on Publisher 2010 because it's the newest, and since it adopted the new ribbon interface, it's the most likely to have you wondering how to do things. But we will reach back into the wayback machine to address tips and questions for Publisher 2003 and 2007 also.

To get started, here's a bunch of blog posts about Publisher that have already been published in the Office.com blog, as well as links to the Publisher FaceBook page and the support page for Publisher:

Ok, maybe you've made it this far and are still wondering, "So, what is Publisher?" I'll include an overview of what Publisher does and how it differs from Word in the next post.

See you on Friday!
