Am I correct in saying that you could create a custom sized powerpoint presentation and then use it like an animated banner? I realize that may not be the best way to create a web page banner but it would be very easy for those of us who are not the best at creating animated banners but who are comfortable with PowerPoint.&lt;/p&gt;
