You should see these SmartArt graphics automatically if you've using Office 2010 in the Office.com layout type of the Choose a SmartArt Graphic gallery. (To get to the gallery, on the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click SmartArt). If your connection to Office.com is turned off, you can turn it back on by going to the Privacy Options in the Trust Center, and then selecting the Connect to Office.com for updated content when I'm connected to the Internet check box.

Kshitija: As your name does not sound American, I suspect you are outside the U.S.A., like I am. This content seems to be location-sensitive and, as far as I know, is currently not shown, if you are using a non-English Office version. I'm waiting for them to show up in my German version, too.
