Whilst this is good to know, this comes a good 10-12 days after the issue starting making a lot of noise.

The natural reaction was to look here; who even knew what the "Office of Sustained Engineering" blog was?! It would be good to post about the bad news as well as the good.
Otherwise it feels very much like the PowerPoint product team is disconnected from its users.
