  • I have Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and I am having compatability problems when I am sharing XP and 2003 version PowerPoint presentations. It typically changes the font type and size on many of the slides. Any suggestions? Thanks, Terry

  • I create a powerpoint presentation that includes some video (wmv). I am trying to save this presentation on a memory stick with out any success. The video's are not playing on another computer. All the video files are on the memory stick as well. It seem that the powerpoint is not able to get the source files. Any suggestions? Thank you

  • @Daniel Leduc, Which version of PowerPoint are you using? PowerPoint 2010 will embed the videos in the presentation by default, so you don't need to include them on the memory stick at all. Earlier versions of PowerPoint will link the video. If this is the case, it's possible that the drive letter changes when you insert the drive in another machine, thus breaking the link... -C

  • I'm trying to download the free trial of power point 2010 in the 32-bit version so that I can use the video features... can you tell me how to do that? The version that automatically downloads for the free trials seems to have been the 64-bit version and isn't allowing my vidoes to work since my windows 7 is a 32 bit.

  • I am trying to embed video from youtube into a slide in 2010. It looks easy enough, but the "add video from website" is grayed out in the dropdown from the add video button. How do I fix that?

  • Trying to save a ppt slide as a .pdf file and I keep getting the message that the file is in use and Powerpoint cannot modify at this time. So... how do I save it as a .pdf?
