I am trying to put together a Power Point presentation for my mother's funeral service for this Saturday. I have 2 wav files that I want to run back to back through the whole presentation but when I try to transition the slides once the sound is added they won't transition. Help please!

Any idea how to rid my Office Products of this extremely annoying Ribbon? At least Autocad has a CLASSIC VIEW all set up to ditch it. Thanks

I'm in a company. None of us engineers has been able to resize a simple rectangle inserted into a presentation. It snaps back to some unexpected size. Also I'l like the default shapes to be simple black, unfilled lines rather than the colored, shadowed shapes that seem to be the defaults.

Kelly, We'd love to help out. When you insert the audio file, you can go to the "Playback" tab that shows up when you click the audio icon and set the "Start:" option to "Play across slides." I also reccommend pressing the "File" button and then pressing "Optimize for Compatibility" which will reduce the size of the wav file and help to ensure that it will play back on other computers. Getting the two files to play one after another will require a bit more finesse. My best reccommendation is to join them together into one file. There are a couple of ways to achieve this. Hi, I need fast help. I designed a ppt template which utilizes the transparency filters within powerpoint and when I convert to a quicktime movie or have Brainshark upload, all my transparencies turn 100% solid. How do I get around this?

I wish there was an option of customizing the table styles or create a new style like its available in Word. Currently, one can only use styles from the ones given in the Table styles sheet; there is no option to edit/customize/format the fonts, the table properties, table borders, or the table colors and set them as default. I am using Powerpoint 2007, and have inserted a Flash Movie, which plays OK one time.

I have noticed that after the movie has played the Shockwave properties for "movie"

changes from True to False. I assume that this is why I am unable to run the slide show again and have the movei play. Why is this particular property not remaining as selected. I am also using Windows7. Hope you can answer this puzzle for me.

I want to insert a table into PowerPoint and change a cell background with diagonal lines, or dots or the other textures that used to be available. All that I can find is pictures - I DO NOT WANT A PICTURE! I need simple lines or dots that will indicate a status change if printed out in black-and-white.
