&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://blogs.office.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=28499" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item><item><title>re: Outlook Quick Steps: One-click shortcuts</title><link>http://blogs.office.com/b/microsoft-outlook/archive/2011/10/24/outlook-quick-steps-shortcuts.aspx#28496</link><pubDate>Fri, 28 Oct 2011 13:12:08 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">53587256-c606-4c9b-bad4-97c86b12ce62:28496</guid><dc:creator>CAdams1984</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;I have been really enjoying Outlook 2010 since I started using it over a year ago. &amp;nbsp;I enjoy all the different ways I can use Outlook with the rest of the Office suite including OneNote. &amp;nbsp;I had not really tried Quick Steps in Outlook too much, but when I tried them it appeared there was a problem. &amp;nbsp;I created a Categorize and Move and it looked good in the Quick Steps, but when I selected the message I wanted to use the Quick Step on it only moved the message and never put the color categories on them. &amp;nbsp;I also tried creating my own custom quick step and tried to change the order of them from categorize first and move step in the step and vice versa. &amp;nbsp;I searched around some of the forums, but hadn&amp;#39;t seen anything. &amp;nbsp;Keep up the great work with this blog. &amp;nbsp;I enjoy reading the posts.&lt;/p&gt;
