I now live in Kazakhstan and need to translate emails that are copied to me. Can I create a quickstep that translates and files these emails?

I have been really enjoying Outlook 2010 since I started using it over a year ago. I enjoy all the different ways I can use Outlook with the rest of the Office suite including OneNote. I had not really tried Quick Steps in Outlook too much, but when I tried them it appeared there was a problem. I created a Categorize and Move and it looked good in the Quick Steps, but when I selected the message I wanted to use the Quick Step on it only moved the message and never put the color categories on them. I also tried creating my own custom quick step and tried to change the order of them from categorize first and move step in the step and vice versa. I searched around some of the forums, but hadn't seen anything. Keep up the great work with this blog. I enjoy reading the posts.
